One basket. Clear ownership. Expert-guided Agents.

BlockchainBridge Fund is a Solana portfolio project for people who want a managed basket rather than choosing and trading every asset themselves. It brings holdings, allocation targets and fees into one view.

Our strategy combines Super Intelligence research agents with human-reviewed allocation decisions. Agents are trained by experienced financial and trading experts to inform the research behind those decisions.

The programs include approved-asset checks, manager-authorized target changes, price-freshness checks and constrained rebalancing. Changing targets does not automatically trade.

The fund is designed to accept USDC and allocate it across a managed basket. A fund account records the portfolio, vault accounts hold its assets, and separate fund-share tokens represent each investor’s proportion of the pool. siBCB is the production share-token symbol, separate from BCB.

Deposits receive shares based on the fund’s calculated value. Withdrawals burn shares and return underlying tokens, rather than selling everything back into USDC. The fee model is 0% on deposits, 0.5% on each withdrawal token, rounded down, and a 1% annual management-fee rate. When collection is triggered, management fees are paid by issuing shares to the manager, diluting existing holders.

In development. Current testing uses test USDC and simulated SOL, Bitcoin, Gold and Oil tokens, not real Bitcoin or backed commodity products. Automated research, live pricing, real trading and wallet integration are not operating yet. Production assets, custody arrangements and access terms remain to be finalized.

Market, liquidity, price-data and smart-contract risks apply. Demonstration balances are not investment performance. No guaranteed returns, regulatory approval or completed independent audit are claimed.

3. How management fees affect your share

An illustrative fee collection issues new shares to the manager. An investor’s share count stays the same, but their percentage ownership of the fund decreases.

Fee illustration: 500 investor shares remain unchanged while ownership decreases from 50% to 49.50%
