USDC backing. Cross-chain access. AI-agent tools.

Digital Monetary Framework (DMF) combines dmfUSD, a USDC-backed token on Base, with cross-chain swaps and AI-agent integration. Deposit USDC to mint dmfUSD, transfer it or redeem it through the smart contract.

Reserves are never lent, invested or leveraged. The contract is designed to be non-upgradeable, with public reserve accounting and no administrative minting or freezing.

Purchases and redemptions carry a 0.25% fee, capped at $20 per transaction. Of each fee, 60% adds USDC backing and 40% funds operations, issued as dmfUSD. Transfers have no protocol fee.

The integrated swap-and-bridge interface routes assets from supported chains into Base. A separate 0.05% fee on routed volume allocates 0.04% to dmfUSD backing and 0.01% to operations. Third-party execution costs are additional.

26 WebMCP tools connect AI agents to product information, transaction previews, wallet interaction and execution. Financial actions require both in-app confirmation and a wallet signature. Susan, the AI support assistant, provides multilingual assistance and English voice support.

Additional backing strengthens collateral coverage; it does not promise yield or increased redemption value.

2. Where does the fee go?

Project walkthrough

The purchase and redemption fee has two destinations: 60% adds USDC backing and 40% funds operations, issued as dmfUSD. The split applies to the fee, not the deposit, and does not promise returns.
